Here are some of the classes and group sessions that I run or take part in while leading a group. Some of them require a gym membership (or a Hussle pass), while others can be drop-in sessions. Let me know if you’re coming along to any of them!
Monday 9:45am - 10:45am
Simply stretch will take you through a 30 minutes routine to stretch from head to toes while listening to upbeat happy music. Start the week right and feel energised with this easy to follow, feel-good class.
Total Body Workout
Monday 7:35pm - 8:20pm
After a short simple aerobic warm up a combination of easy to follow exercises focus on improving muscular endurance and tone in the legs, abdominals, bum and upper body.
Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:00pm
Les Mills GRITTM Series small group training sessions are the most intense 30 minutes your body will ever experience. Using strength, power, plyometric and endurance based movements to get big results, superfast.
Saturday 9:00am - 10:15am
Join me and my group on Saturday morning for three laps around Avery Hill Park (5km Parkrun). If you’re a beginner, or unsure about running, get in touch and I’ll run with you!
Saturday 11:00am - 12:30pm
Assistant Coach to the newly created London Legends FC female team. Come along to try out a session in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, and learn more about football by practising different techniques and a game in each training session.
