Will you commit to a fitter healthier you?

A hundred days. Sounds like a lifetime, and that’s what I’m talking about. Just 100 days to transform your life, your body, your mindset.

I struggle to commit to habits everyday, and so I am committing to 100 days when I’m going to show up and do the work. Will you join me?

Together we will work on our bodies, but also on creating a better self, a better mindset. I want you in my accountability group, I want to help you, but I’m not fooling myself, you will also be helping me keep accountable and show up everyday!

 

Commit to 100 days.

Everyday we will do a different workout guided by Jericho. Each workout is 20-30 minutes and they’re all different! We will show up every day, but there are active recovery workouts too!

Not sure if you’re fit enough?

Well, you are! It’s going to be a bit of hard work, but there are 2 modifiers as well as the rest of the cast, which means you have about 3 levels of intensity for each workout (or you can go full Jericho and become a superhuman!*).

The best part is you won’t be alone. I will be with you every single day. Join my accountability group and meet an amazing group of people who share the same passion about life and becoming healthier as you, and who will also share similar struggles. When things get tough, we will all help each other!
